Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

Please allow 2-5 days for JackieCandlesCo. to process your order. You will receive an email containing your tracking number once your package has shipped.

We ship via USPS (please be aware of the current situation and expect small delays). Please be aware that JackieCandlesCo. is not responsible for delayed transit times and damaged products once your order leaves the studio. Once packages are given to the mail carrier, should your package become delayed, lost or arrive damaged, a claim will need to be filled with the shipping carrier. 

Please be sure to double check your address as JackieCandlesCo. is not responsible for packages delivered to the incorrect|undeliverable address. If your package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect|undeliverable address or business closure and is "returned to sender", JackieCandlesCo. is not responsible for any shipping changes or fees. We will be more than happy to ship your package back to a different address, but you will be asked to cover any shipping costs for reshipment.

Returns|Refunds: 

Due to the nature of our brand and Covid-19, we do not accept exchanges.

Damages: 

All our products are thoroughly inspected before shipment and packaged with care to ensure safety during transit. Should you experience a damaged product, please email us at shop@jackiecandlesco.com with a photo within 2 days of arrival.
